This has two benefits, the first being you are letting them know who you are and not having to send staff out to investigate (which they will appreciate), and two, they will hopefully tell you the best spot in their view and who knows, they may invite you round the airport..
there are buses to airport. I m not going to do marathon till airport. hahahaa
in fact, i know the place, where it is possible to take good pics. but is it possible to walk along that road - Old Airport Road??? That's the question.
I didn't expect you to walk to the airport - Swords provides good public transport, one of the benefits of living so close to an International airport - but if you like walking, start at the school house & finish up at Swords castle at the bottom of the street and I'm sure you will get the definitive answer
The old airport road is not designed for pedestrian traffic it run's adjacent to the perimeter security fence but does provide for "lay-by" for people who wish to stop & take photo's
