I'm with Morgen on this one; it shouldn't be out of control or turn into actively looking, but like he says, trust is everything.
Ofcourse if the partner is hurt by it, he/she should tell, so the 2 paries can talk it over. I wouldn't want to change the way I am, but I wouldn't want to hurt the person I love as well.
