Anyone on here also do line dancing? What's your favourite dance and what level are you at?

am not doing much of ANYTHING lately.......doh doh doh frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated
My niece and sister-in-law do this world comp level, they will be in America next. I think this will be their last at this level as they have been doing it for years. I have done some fun stuff though its a good keep fitter too.cheering cheering teddybear

I used to enjoy a TV series, FAME - a while back, the dancing there was absolutely superb! danceline danceline
yea i think the line-dancing became a bit of a craze, after some films came out which featured a lot of the moves, but its grown a bit tired now, dont hear much about it, expect it will always be popular there in its heartland though, although with your eyes, i think a lot of cowboys would rather just sit in a chair, and watch you, step it out. dancingsanta
yes since i teach dancing...i think the cha-cha slide had the most challenging patterns for students...more variety...the country western swag is fun for couples and the texas waltz...

It may surprise people to see how popular this still is all over the world. It is great, does make you feel a bit flirtatious, and mmmmm- I would love to have a room full of cowboys to watch...LOL

Glad to see people know about it though, even if some think its a little corny.. hee hee..
I've never done line dancing, but I saw a picture or video of line dancing the other day.
