Your worst date. (Don't hold back folks, we're all friends here)What has been the worst date you have ever had???
I'll start shall I? It was a blind date orchestrated by friends btw and all I had to go off was a Facebook photo.
He turned up late and looked nothing like his photo(looked more like a figure in a cave drawing if i'm honest) but hey who does right? He was wearing a dirty tracksuit and smelled as though he had bathed in antiseptic(Dettol perhaps)but i'll give everyone the benefit of the doubt so I digress. He suggested we go for drinks so we did, he ordered and then remembered he had "forgotten" his wallet at home so told me "You're paying". He then ordered three more drinks for himself(he was driving). I can't tell you what we talked about(purely because I zoned out). He asked me if I'd like to go for a drive with him(he was half drunk...I don't think so!) but before I could say no, he told me he wanted to show me his "rape car" which got its name because there is not way to open the doors or windows on the passenger side.
I invented a prior engagement and left(45 minutes i'll never get back!). He couldn't believe he wasn't my type!!! Clearly my standards are too high ;)

And secondly, you need to ask your friends what they were thinking when they fixed you up with this guy!
I can't say I've had any. The women that I have taken out were all pretty nice ladies.
my dating history will make me rich and famous when I write a book about it!
Loads of regrets about not going on them for whatever reasons at the time.
But if the night ended with a bit of Wheres your Parents then it was pretty cool
I just approach an ongoing lousy date with jokes and laughter. No use being polite and conscious if your date isn't making any effort or doesn't seem to have potential.
