June 17 1945 Iceland got free from Denmark, with a little help from Adolf, shameful to say...blushing

Thanks y´all, just got back from downtown where was a big crowd of people, everyone in good mood, plenty of flags and baloons.
It was a nice day even if the sun ditnt shine.
Concerts tonight, and maybe a beer or two . joy beer
