How to lose wieght my secret

If you are wondering , how you can lose wieght every week, then let me tell you how.
I eat 1 or two bananas in the morning with high fiber cereal bar. For lunch I eat a salad sprinkled with sunflower seeds, no meat ! For dinner I make a smoothie with no dairy , just fruit and veggies! I do this for 3 weeks and I can lose 20 to 25lbs ! Ohh I also forgot , I bike ride for four miles to work as well, so do some type of exercise .you can't lose , but that's what were aiming for! thumbs up

No protein?
The more veggies and fruit you eat, the more it about water wieght, just go to a sauna and sweat the unwanted pounds offthumbs up protein, can be the sun flower seed, or almond , pecans etc...
What no corn shock
I would be to hungry to stick to that diet, it sounds really unhealthy to me.
