.....the spewing time of the year has arrived again , with every ones favourite , vomiting and the runs together , just to give you that feeling of flowing at each end together in time .....now it is so bad that you can have it every day for more than 3 months of repeted infection ....yes you could be giving it to every one you know and they can be giving it back to you daily and benches that are used for preparing food will still infect 24 hours later ....
so wash everything ...even the cupboards ceilings and floors
it could be in your bottled water surply or tap , so get a good water filter and pray norovirus will go away some day months from now ..
and if someone is spewing near you ....you will now have it....
mums got it and she's making the kids lunches for school tomoro
