im totally movativated to keep going and im enjoying losing the weight
It will take a while before you feel any better - at least a few weeks!
All you will feel at first will be "withdrawal" symptoms, such as: tiredness, maybe headaches, stomach cramp, frustration, anger etc.. as all your emotional issues and the toxins are being released.
The 12-km walk a day maybe a bit excessive if you are not used to it, no?
You should start slowly with exercise, and with diet too. Otherwise it will be too much of a shock on the nervous system - believe me, I have done it!
But, perseverance is the key.
