You can't feel any better, because your body needs time to recover from the booze, but you are on the right track.

connect, i wasnt heavy enough on the drink to cause any damagewave
thanks happy,

im totally movativated to keep going and im enjoying losing the weightwave
i am not so sure anymore pedro, i dont see any progress yet! so untill i see the before and after and the bricks you have been carrying, i will buy you a beer, a light one of coursecheers
bo, i hate it when you make snide remarks at me, you know i dont have a car snooty
If you don`t have a car, stay away from bacon and beer bouquet
Pedro. Good for you!
It will take a while before you feel any better - at least a few weeks!
All you will feel at first will be "withdrawal" symptoms, such as: tiredness, maybe headaches, stomach cramp, frustration, anger etc.. as all your emotional issues and the toxins are being released.

The 12-km walk a day maybe a bit excessive if you are not used to it, no?dunno
You should start slowly with exercise, and with diet too. Otherwise it will be too much of a shock on the nervous system - believe me, I have done it!comfort

But, perseverance is the key.
i have your before and after pics pedrowave
