hi momo, I agree with chocheta there is always a reason you just might not hear it. I find for myself it is easier to forgive than to forget and have been told if you cant forget you might have not forgave
Momo. I don't agree. If you are able to forgive, you should forgive EVERYBODY - regardless whether they are friends or foes!
As for "forgetting", it depends what it is you wish to forget?confused
Forgetting what they have said or have done to you, Yes,it's true that if you have forgiven them, you should also be able to forget and put it all behind, in the past, where it belongs.

However, "remembering" the good times you had, it is somewhat harder..., but it also belong in the past, otherwise it will drag you down and stop you from moving on...
These are called "emotional attachments" (whether good, or bad!).
