I agree with Alex. However, if you can't move to an English speaking country, there are cassette tapes of Conversational English you can buy. What they have is the commonly used phrases. You might want to check that out!
listen to voice of america ( radio ), read english news paper, watch english movies without subtitles and also english news, and use an english-english dictionary instead of an english-indonesian one.

Alternatively, if you cannot go to an English speaking country, you could find a boyfriend whose mother tongue is English?
universal language... especially now I always talking with my bf in Cyprus and other friends from other countries. .. so... its a big help for u to practice it that way... u will also know different pronunciation and intonation

Do u think if she had enough resources to study a masteral or get a degree she would ask like this?(pardon me momo, apa kabar) we knew Indonesia is a part of third world countries. .. (just like Philippines) its also means that limited people here had finished their studies!
but... whats the used of Skype, Tango, Line, Nimbuzz, Viber...etc... it can be a substitutefor going to other countries and talk to an english person yeah?????
