doing better:)

Winter is a very hard time of year for me. But it has to be almost over. Its been long and exceptionally cold for too long! Depression is in serous effect right now for me and so many others. But, soon it will be spring, so stay possative, "try to", and hold on for just a while longer. Have a great day to all, Justin.

You're a precious handsome man. Why would you be depressed? Get out there and chop some wood. It'll make you feel vigorous! It's also a Zen skill so it will bring you into the moment and focus your will. Meanwhile, get out of Michigan. It's too cold up there and everyone else is here in Florida. Why shouldn't you be as well?! teddybear

Puddlej,

I sympathize with you. It has been an extremely hard, cold winter here also! I live alone! The best thing I can think of is to go someplace warm and hangout for a while. Go to the beach, fish or whatever you like doing! Keep busy and before you know it, it will be spring! By the way, it is supposed to be 42 degrees here on Monday so it is going to warm up a bit next week! Hang in there! wine
