Happy for you Foti, I too stopped smoke with that book, but I had the one for woman, because woman and man does think a bit different in this matter. But I did it and on the 29th of April I have not smoked in 4 years! So you go girl!!!

twas hard for me and 6 years later have C.O.P.D related to long time smoker.
I thought by giving up I was okay but the smoke left its mark.
am okay take an inhaler and at the moment stable.
give up smoking younger I say
