Friend Request....
Should we always accept "friend request" that we received from someone?We have right to approve or disapprove it.
I don't always approve friend request that I receive, and you could not push me to accept you to be in my friend list when I thought that you were not good enough for me. And you also have same right to refuse me to be your friend, when you thought that I was not deserve it.
I would not be offended when someone delete me on their friend list or refuse me, as that is their right.
My reason to send/approve friend request to someone, could be because of :
- I like them
- I respect them
- They are nice persons
- They are in deed my friend
- Salute...
- sympathy....
- etc...
Having many friends is a riches and a good thing, but having someone is something different..

I removed one "friend" who had not even asked me.
I find people calling themselves a friend too easy.
Like some people calling someone a here too easy.
after quite long enough stay here, I am sure we can recognize someone from his/her picture whether he/she is real or fake.. If we have to judge from look at the first place.
Well... I dont have any comment when someone remove me from his list, whatever reason. what can we do when it's happened? that is his right to do.. I will not beg to be a friend of someone...
You can be friendly/friends with people without one. That is just like a public display of so-called friendship.
A bit like a wedding is a public display of so-called love
accept or not accept that is our right... sometimes good looking is not enough to always be accepted when we dont know who they are...
some people said that friendship on the site is just a virtual world and will never meet each other on the real world.
who said ? till today I met with more than 10 persons from CS coming from different countries...
when I know they are real... I have willing to meet them as it is nice to meet new peoples..
One question, as you are a senior-pro in CS, what is the best way to maintain a friend/friendship whom you found here on CS....?.

I also have a brother, who plays online games, and he has a few people who he has played with for many years, who he considers his friends. They have even planned trips together, and met each other on occasion.
My point is you just never know. We are all strangers until someone offers us a cup of tea. (:
And it's nice to meet you too.
How to maintain our friend? I think it would not different with how you maintain your freindship in a real world..
I know how it feel... One of my best friend right now I met from CS.. Fortunately she stay in the same city with me so I can meet her every week end when we have time... Trust me, it feels good...
Without sending me FR, we are best friend already dear...
