follow me if you can.......
Make it a habit to try to place yourself in the shoes of another person. Any person. Loved ones, co-workers, people you meet on the street. Really try to understand, to the extent that you can, what it is like to be them, what they are going through, and why they do what they do.empathy is compulsory for being good and feeling good to oneself....
It’s usually safe to be friendly towards others. do not forget ....
be friendly within the bounds of appropriateness.
compassion is the best to be happy for yourself also to others.
listen to another person..... just wait your turn to talk. It’ll also go a long way to helping you understand others.
i think.....We all have our prejudices, whether it’s based on skin color, attractiveness, height, age, gender … it’s human nature, But try to see each person as an individual human being, with different backgrounds and needs and dreams.
Avoid negative people.....Don’t spend too much of your time around them if you feel they drag you down.
All of us have fears. Fear of uncertainty, fear of public speaking, fear of risk… All our fears keep us in the same position and prevent us from growing. Recognize that your fears reflect areas where you can grow. I always think of fears as the compass for growth. If I have a fear about something, it represents something I’ve yet to address, and addressing it helps me to grow.
learn to interact with others in a positive way.freedom and autonomy and trust, Give that to others as you have it.....
turn the other cheek........a golden advice but difficult to follow..
you have to assert your rights, of course, but you can do so in a way where you still treat others well.....after all who likes to be a doormat?
