After all, if Heaven's going to be Heaven, we'd certainly have to have some of these Heavenly pleasures that we now enjoy! That's why Jesus was able to eat and drink and walk and talk and look just like He had before! Isn't that cool?--And so will you! Of course, you won't have to eat, but you can if you want to! You won't have to lie down and rest, but you can if you want to! You won't have to have sex any more, but you can if you want to! You won't have to walk around any more, but you can if you want to! And you'll even be able to do a lot of other things that you can't do now! You'll be able to fly, appear, disappear, walk through walls, all kinds of things!--Wonderful!
In fact, I'm convinced that Heaven will be an eternal continuation of what you and I who love Jesus already have right here and now in our hearts. We are already enjoying a little foretaste of Heaven with all of the love and sharing and sweetness and light and joy and praise and song and communion with the Lord and each other that we have right now!
We have a little bit of Heaven already--Heavenly hearts, Heavenly homes, Heavenly loved ones, Heavenly work to do for the Lord, bringing the Heaven of his love to others! God's Word tells us that this is just "the earnest of our inheritance" (Eph.1:14), just a little sample, just a little bit of Heaven with His Love and His Spirit and each other and His wonderful work. So if this is just a sample, think of what the real full Heaven will be like!
Jesus said, "I am come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly!" (Jn.10:10.) He wants His children to be happy and to enjoy life to the fullest, even here and now!--"An hundredfold in this life, and in the World to come life eternal!" (Mk.10:30.)--Heaven on Earth and Heaven hereafter! And through His liberating, life-giving "Law of Love", to love Him with all our hearts and our neighbours as ourselves (Mt.22:37-39), we are free to enjoy total love, life and liberty in the Lord--providing that whatever we do is in love.
Therefore, contrary to the so-called "holiness" religions which seem to think and teach that it is sinful to enjoy anything and a sin to be happy and that sainthood consists of suffering, pain, self-torture, self-denial and self-crucifixion, we have found that God loves life and created it for us to love and enjoy too! Of course there are times when, for the Love of God and others, we may have to "deny ourselves" and "lay down our lives for the brethren" (Lk.9:23; 1Jn.3:16) proving that we love Him and others more than ourselves.--But this doesn't mean we're not supposed to love and enjoy the life He's given us!
The simple pleasures and joys of life were created by God for us to enjoy! He even tells us that "ALL THINGS are yours" in Christ Jesus (1Co.3:21), "to the pure, ALL things are pure" (Tit.1:15), and "ALL things are lawful" (1Co.6:12) unto those who are motivated by love, "for against such love, there is no law!" (Ga.5:22,23.)
After all, it was God who created the very nerves which feel good and the very senses which feel pleasant, to look upon things which are pleasant to the eye, to taste things which are delicious, to hear beautiful music, to feel pleasurable sensations of touch, and to even smell the lovely fragrance of a flower or of delicious food cooking.
So although we don't know just exactly what it's going to be like in Heaven, we know it's going to be better than it is today, a beautiful Heavenly Heaven-on-Earth without sin, without wickedness, without trouble, without weariness, pain, sickness or problems. We're going to have wonderful new bodies, new models, and will be able to enjoy this World to the full as we never enjoyed it before!--Well, we've enjoyed it quite a bit, but we'll enjoy it even more than ever!

A wonderful continuation of life without these aging bodies! I love that. Question for you: when we die and take on a glorified body, what age do you think we will appear to other as in heaven? I have a theory but I would like to hear what you have to say!

I have thought about the question of age in heaven for several years. It says that everyone of our family and friends in heaven will know us.
Here is what I think. Jesus was crucified and died at age 33. I believe we will be around the same age as He was when He died. I surely hope so!

Everybody's got their own unique ministry and something that only they can do, believe it or not! He designs the tools and He makes them for the job! God knows what you're best suited for and what He wants to use you for and what kind of tool you are, so you'd better do what He knows you can do best!
Find the job that God fitted you for, He made you for, He gifted you for. Seek the Lord and find His Will. If you haven't found it, find it! And if you have found it, for God's sake stick to it!
If everybody could only be willing and satisfied to fulfill their calling and not want any more or any less, the Lord could make them very happy. But we sometimes make ourselves unhappy by being dissatisfied with what the Lord has given us, because we haven't learned, as the Apostle Paul said, to be "content with whatsoever state we are in" (Phil.4:11). We all need to learn to be satisfied and thankful for the place and ministry God has given us.
Lord, Thy Hand is upon all of us according to Thy call for each of us, that we should each abide in the calling wherewith we are called. Help us each to find our place. Most of all, Lord, we just want to be as useful to You as possible! TYJ! DBB

I just went through some of your past blogs and see you quote a lot of his works.
If I am right about your being his disciple, then all this makes sense.
I am then able to see where you are coming from with the contents of this blog.
Not that I agree, but just that I can see why you say what your are saying in this blog about David Berg.
Going private now makes no longer sense.
This was the way I was first thinking of dealing with this.
I changed my mind as you can see.
I felt it better to bring it out in the open in your own blog.
I wanted others to see what I did.

The Prodigal was closer to the Father when he was wallowing in the mire than he was when he was first at home, because in the mire for the first time he began to appreciate home!

I did not agree to some of it and told Keys this.
It was his last one that made me check out this David Berg as I had never heard his name before.
I did hear in the past a bit about the fishing of his girls to recruit new members.
So not until this last blog did I find out the truth.

We don't earn Salvation, we can't work for Salvation, it's a gift. But we can earn special praise and special commendation from the Lord and we can work for rewards! God is no respecter of persons when it comes to Salvation. But when it comes to works and accomplishing something for Him in His Kingdom here on Earth, He is a great respecter of persons!
Heaven is not going to be a classless society. In Heaven, there will be all kinds of grades and levels of reward, just like there will be all kinds of grades and levels of punishment. There will be a different glory with which each person will shine, depending on how much they did for the Lord. Some of the Christians history has known have been saints, giving their lives in love that others might be saved! Where do they deserve to be?--At the Top near the Lord in His Court! But some Christians who served poorly and lived selfishly for themselves all their lives will be rewarded poorly!
Be steadfast, unmovable, work hard for the Lord, because your labors are not in vain! You'll be rewarded before long!--Amen?

I will instead ask what scripture quote are you basing your claim that there will be different classes of souls in Heaven on? They way I am reading Revelations, you all of us will be judged. Those who died without knowing of Jesus will be judged solely by their works. Those without good works will suffer the second death. (not torment, but death, because the word DEATH is what is used. Then those of the second judging will be judged based on if they accepted Jesus. That's it. Nothing in those lines says, well if you accepted Jesus, and you also did good works you get two points. That is because accepting Jesus REQUIRES doing good works or at least the intent to (i.e., Batrabas on the next cross over, had no time to, but his soul was accepted into Heaven before Jesus'). So everyone there who accepted Jesus did good works (or had the intent if not the circumstances), so where do you find scripture alleging ranks of anything other than Cherubim and Seraphim? And really nothing about what little we see of those ranks implies one is more favored than the other, just that their jobs/assignments are different.
Yes, I concede there was an old man in the OT who vanished while walking with God and now is with the Lord. That does not imply his soul is exalted over that of the people who will be judged worthy to enter God's wife (the city).
Again if you have an actual scripture (versus a labeling of someone as a saint by a human church) showing some souls will be more favored in Heaven than other souls also in Heaven, I would like to see the quote.
How can you possibly believe this.

Aloha Conrade of Switzerland, made enough post about the general great men of the Bible who made murderous mistakes, yet was mightily used of God! David never taught anything that was not found in the Bible, always told us to check the scriptures and interpretations for ourselves. The same door we came in is still there if anyone wants to leave! God's Army is all volunteers, there's no draftees!! Best of Love!
