to add what people have said here.... maybe it is about the way you do to approach women.. maybe you should try to see and check again maybe you are moving too fast or too direct or too easy or you just always shoot wrong person... I don't know
also, it could be about the right timing to shoot the right woman... because you shoot right person in wrong time would give the end result as shooting a wrong person in right time....
