I am far from perfect and I am not looking for a "perfect" guy either, but someone COMPATIBLE.

If these women are so perfect, maybe they´re the ones who walk away?

Sometime the walk away because of too perfect. If I met someone TOO perfect while I'm not, I don't think I could feel comfortable to be with him, so, better walk away, I guess...

Funny thing about advertising, though, few products sell themselves as adequate, or acceptable. Buy this car, because its headlights are slightly different! Buy this drink, it has sugar and bubbles and will rot your teeth!

I find it interesting that you assume all these women were left by men. Many that I know actually walked away from imperfect men. It may be hard for you to believe there is such a thing as an insufficient man, but there are. No, really.

Some of us choose a partner at young age with the criteria that we thing at that time everything will be perfect but down the road we face reality and run away. Sometimes I wonder why arranged marriages last longer, maybe because parents have experienced and know how to choose partner. Just one thought came to my mind.

There are some Profiles with no description at all,
that is intriguing in itself. If they do not say anything
here where I can read what they say, it sparks no interest
for me. It makes sense a more powerful personality will
say something. imo.

Why do "arranged" marriages last longer? Ummm... maybe due to the fact that in those countries where marriages are arranged the wives can´t run away and the husbands may take other wives?

Not true, eg Vietnam have arranged marriages, Cyprus in the past was happening, Greece too. You can ask older people and they can explain better.

Indian arranged the marriage and you will never find a man has 2 wifes there... Albeit the marriage is arranged by the parent

I'm not perfect could be the reason why I chose to walk away and moved on... Friends have told me that I took a stupid decision of walking away instead of working it out and keep my family together.

1. Yes I do.
2. The woman that makes my life easier from now.
3. Someone has to indicate what needs to be improved on me, I think I am fine.

Crazy, you can do that up to a certain age unless you like lonely life which is possible for many people.

Amp, Indians don't have two wives because they run out of women and the reason is when they find out the gender of the baby and is a girl they abort it.
