@Candy, I did write soulful but I just believe it doesn't match his style of singing. And yes, his determination showed and him being unperturbed with bad comment from Mr. Simon and also his British accent, everything about him is lovable. I like his quote about being in the dark and now in the limelight. from that alone, he has that x factor! Thank you Ms. Candy for being my first and only commenter.
