Huh. there are a lot of examples to that, Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securitie and Allen Stanford financial piramides for instance... Or you meant some people from other countries who ask you money via email telling they were refuges, whose parents were rich in past and guarantee you 30% from their millions in swiss bank only for sending them money to get to your place)
