Are men really picky about Women???

picky, I hope not.... we just want to find the ONE...
not an easy task....

It depends if we're looking for something serious or just some fun.

yes ... men are picky when it comes to a relationship .... as a matter of fact, a guy named christian carter wrote a book about what men look for in a woman ... the name of the book is called catch him and keep him ... that book is GOOD STUFF ... i want the girl i end up with to KNOW that book .... you can easily find it with p2p ..... (filesharing .... lol ... shhhh)

i say to get it via p2p because i am not trying to promote someones book sales .... i'm just offering something i consider to be useful advice ... pce ....

My previous relationships have been with women i've got to know through work or social occasions (pub, sports club ect)and so i knew a bit about them before we started dating.

The main thing for me is i have to like them, sounds pretty simple i know but when you start dating first impressions really do count.

If she is late, not made an effort or is more interested in sharing her woes it's a bit of a turn off. But if shes witty, smiley and easy to talk to, then its great.

Looks aren't that important. If you find someone you get on well with, the worse that will happen is you have a new friend!

Can you, so called blame us 'Men' for been 'picky'....I would rather say its more been extremely cautious and very wary........read below,says enough doesn't it.....

Ok, this is coming from a 42 year old. Fisrt off, our experiences shape us and what we seek.

For me??

I look firstfor physical attraction from their pic. If it isn't there, move on. Reality.

Next - does she live reasonably close??

If yes to the above 2, then I see if we have common interests and values. If so, I make contact.

Am I picky?? You bet! VERY. If I love to hunt, and she is a member of PETA, why waste her time and mine.

Looks - a personal thing. For me, alot is with the face........but like women who are in decent shape too. No hair colour preference.

Fianlly, (but certainly not least) is her personality. It has to match mine somewhat, and the ability to get along is paramount.
