The Moon..

I woke this morning with my hands covering my face, peeking out through my fingers, wondering...Is the Moon still there?

If they could send a manned spacecraft to the Moon in the sixties, why could they not do that now? Would it have been less violent, less expensive and more experimental to send a crew to the Moon and pick up stones?

Yes..comfort beer
More like bewildered...

Sometimes I just don't know about America's Government.

Just trying to get the right perspective... this is about how the Moon (which was accessible in the 60's) seems so far out of reach now? I don't know if I get exactly what you are hinting at.

On a side note... nice to "hear" from you again! Thought you had fell off the face of the Earth.laugh
Hey thanks Travis...

I think it was a play of power...within a decade we will see Star Wars!

I mean, they took samples 40 years ago, in that monocle/atom structure of that sample would be the essences of water, they would of known then.

I think it was the U.S. saying look at me, we can shoot a missile at the moon. It cost us the American taxpayer $79,000.000, to do that, when they could of have a manned space capsule that could return instead of blowing up on the moon.

Pathetic!

Gotcha. Hey... the arms race will always exist. If we could expect the other guy to live and let live... we could disarm completely. Till then, we have to make bigger and scarier weapons just so we (hopefully) will never have to use them.
scold Never mind the moon.... get them doon !! ....laugh grin tongue bouquet
maybe they where never there LOL rolling on the floor laughing
