Put simply, for me, when it all gets too black, I live one day at a time, and sometimes one hour at a time.
I love your line 'When Allah and God become one' because they already are, Allah is the same God of the old testament and the Muslims study the same old books as Christians, Moses, Deuteronomy, and Jesus is a great propet and healer to them.

Just for today ~ I will shower, get out, do something nice for somebody, forget about the tests I am waiting on for Cancer. I will smile and act myself in to a feeling, rather than feel my way in to an action.
