xoredheadxo: Never seriously considered it until recently.....I would if I was SURE it was real. I could really use some advice on this topic and some stories....whether good or bad. If anyone would like to share their r/l experience with me on this one...please email me.....I would really appreciate it!!!

One word of advice: read the INS rules on the gvmt's website. There have been lots of changes in recent years, esp. the bit where you assume financial and legal responsibility for another person while they're in country; the income/asset guidelines etc. If you intend to go elsewhere, check out that country's rules on their gvmt's website. They all have info up. Better to be informed ahead of time so you don't run into any unforeseen problems.
