I seem to be sleepy all the time these days but haven't a clue how it happened, except maybe relief from stress, and being a little more indulgent with myself.
The lemon and honey is relaxing too. Are you having trouble sleeping?

Jan, i'm a light sleeper. I normally don't take siestas. My body can only sleep for 6 hours at night.
The maltese one is shorter, I believe....
