I agree that everyone has the right to defend themselves against an agressor, by whatever means they have at their disposal.
It's when nations build and have the capabilty to attack and destroy another country without ever stepping foot on their soil that concerns me. That applies equally to all nations. Some are lead by lunatics, irrespective of their geographical location on the planet.
War should only be fought as a means of defense.

They also are gross human right's violators. Why should any nation that violates human right's and oppresses their people have the nuclear means to deter a preemptive strike to free those people that are in suffering? They should not be allowed to have these as they use them illegitimately.
