You know what? That actually makes sense. Maybe that is why Clinton was so laid back. Being President is very stressful and after a while you just want to blow stuff up to release your frustration. If the President has someone like Monica taking care of him, he will be much less aggressive and not care much for war at all.

I think my biggest contribution (and legacy) as President of these United States, would be to build a modern day version of The Great Wall, around the entire country. Mexico to the south and Canada to the north. People could still gain access, but they would need a whole lot of very big ladder's and the entrances would be very small and well guarded. It might encourage these countries to take care of business from within and not rely on US aid, for which alot, not all, are un-appreciative of.
Then I would keep our Military at home to protect OUR country. If other more needy countries desired our aid, I would demand a formal invitation to get involved and would do so only after other's joined in first. That way, the hatred of us could be shared by all equally....beginning with those other countries.

One more thing, I would parole immediately all convicts who are serving time for drug offences. That would clear about 25% of all people serving time and there would be much less need for so many prisons, what a money savings that would be.

Absolutely. Any misdemeanor and non violent felony crimes should be resolved with fines, not prison. Good way to generate revenue.

I'm origianlly from Michigan and the School board of the city where I resided recited the pledge at their meetings but the schools themselves weren't allowed to do so.To me that made no sense.
They should bring prayer back into schools but I'll leave that discussion to the experts.I don't generally get into discussing politics and religion
