I'm just having one of those "get 'er done" days...I did my taxes, wrote an employee award nomination, sent several email responses (I'm always behind!), uploaded some photos, ordered a new multi-region DVD player and a few History Channel DVDs that sounded good, washed some clothes, and am now trying to decide what to eat. Next week is the Greek Orthodox Easter, and I will do several things then. It's a bigger holiday here than Christmas is, and I look forward to it each year. I will go to a friend's home on Sunday and she will have many friends and family members over for lots of food and just a good time together. Her husband will be roasting the lamb on the spit outside and it will be abolutely yummy!

I will be going out to Easter Catholic Mass today followed by hosting family and friends to my home for an Easter dinner. I have been cooking for two days getting ready.

My oldest daughter is gone for the weekend and so my other daughter and myself are going to just get ready and take off for a long drive-no direction to it, maybe head up to around some lakes and enjoy the day....Beautiful day here!!

....well.....my work is such that holiday time for others is when I work....since I have guests on their Easter holidays in houses here.....

Well my southern Easter planning & dinner will have a seafood gumbo, Honeybaked butt-cut ham with cranberry/orange chutney, scalloped potatoes, sweet potato casserole, shrimp & crawfish casserole, gingered carrots, rolls, and pecan pie.
Come on over--there is plenty to share with friends.
