The reason is: I have to see if they are in my age range, then they can see that I veiwed them and they think I am interested,in reality,I was seeing what thier age was.

I look at profiles all the time doesnt mean I am interested in the person in a romantic way and I would never assume that about someone that looks at mine.
KajunQueen: Are you asking if age matters,or if it makes a difference if it is actually posted on the forum picture??
No, not really asking that. Personally, I don't really look at age but that's just me. Didn't matter when I was younger so why should it matter now?? More so life situation; where you're at in your life. Know what I mean?

If someone is fun or posts something interesting, I often look just to see what they have written about themselves in their profile. It doesn't mean that I am interested in them.
Is this 'site suggestions'?? I didn't mean to offend the "profile veiwers" I just thought it would be easier to see the person's age without viewing,to save TIME.But I guess most people on here that post in the forums have all day.I don't.
Just looking at a profile doesn't mean you're obligated to send and email or anything. It's like window shopping. Someone looks attractive or said something that caught you're attention so you wanted to take a closer look.
I do it all the time. Even if their not preferred age range I still chat and make a new friend in the process.

to much stock is placed on age, the comment about in twenty years they will be gone and i have a hard time in my forties what about when i'm in my sixties. to many have lost loved ones earlier than expected, you could find the right one in your age preference only to lose him to unseen circumstances in a short time.then again the right one could be younger or older and you could spend many happy, fulfilling years together. life has a lot of strange twists and turns nothing is black and white, if it was none of us would be on here. don't rule out anything

when you are in your 60's and if you are still on here, no one will talk to you.
