livinglarge: Ooo so you were on the rob them?

I don't mind waitressing , but I dislike barwork. Too many drunks It is annoying !

That's where you & I differ. I've tried waitressing a couple of times & absolutely HATED it!! frustrated IMO, people have little respect for waitresses, pushing them around, ordering, making a mess just for the purpose of me cleaning it up.

On the other hand, as a bartender, I'm more in charge. If they get pushy, I tell them to hold on. If they get rude, I wait on someone else first. If they get obnoxious, I cut them off. Enough said.

sweetowen: Ambrose = A psychiatrist or professor in philosophy. He's always trying to pull our inner thoughts out & to get us to try to analyze ourselves & why we do/think certain things.

Big John = A golf instructor. No explanation needed.

Sassy = Owner of a coffee shop/restaurant. Her wit & wisdom, along with her personality make her perfect for this, IMO.

Dru = Tarot card reader. She has the wisdom & belief in such practice. And she could deliver her predictions with good common sense.

Thank you, Owen. I actually do read for myself, and have done readings for others, even an online rune reading for one member here per his request. laugh I just don't trust my skills enough to do it for money for others, or have a deck that I work with intuitively yet. I do need to work on that part, and trust my intuition more. It's actually right on when I do.

I agree with you running a modeling agency for over-40's. I think you'd do well. And I agree with you about Ambrose...I think he missed his calling. hug

Thank you, Hugz. And it is one of the things I'm working on. Meditation helps with this, and once I adjust to my new schedule, I'll figure out how to get that back into my life, along with other things. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to get enough sleep and the housework back into it. laugh

My goodness... not you too!?! I wouldn't even know how to go about organizing such a thing. But I do have to admit that I've always sort of wanted to start my own business. daydream

Heck, right now as my system adjusts to midnights, I just focus on the things that absolutely must get done that day, and then relaxing to be able to make it through another night of physical work. I haven't done midnights or physical labor in 10 years...and now I have to adjust to both. Ouch. laugh Once I do, I can get more done in a day. I know better than to stress my system too much, and just those adjustments are enough stress on it.
