I am just happy at how confident she is in herself, as you said dont judge a book by it's cover, i imagine the majority of people all have these views of people based on image including my self, this lady seems to simply not care. lol i am surpised she is single though she has one wicked personality.

No I don't think she wants her life to change drasticaly BUT I think she will get the chance to do perform to a bigger audience .I believe that her quest is to just share her gift and is not looking for glory ,just an outlet to express herself through her voice.
As for the people who didn't accept your apology I wouldn't worry as your job and involvement in it was done

Personally I don't think any makeover is going to make her into a pinup. But physical beauty is only one of many parameters. she already has another sort of beauty that very few other people have. She's one in a million.
