When I worked at Lockheed Martin in California we did up 'Secretary Day' quite a bit. We gave roses to every one of them. Treated them out to lunch. I personally went out of my way to ensure she would know how much I appreicated her. Over the years the role of the Administrative Assistant changed quite a bit.
