trish123: hahaha, well they aint about to let somebody have a voice if he criticises not just Bush and Blair's dirty wars but also the actions of the Israelis - especially not a man of the people like Galloway, a man who tells it like it is is personna non grata with any politicians in this climate where they are all so fond of brown nosing......
Exactly right Trish.
Although I'm wondering if this move isn't really just part of a long planned strategic move.
Banning Calloway from entering Canada has given him much more publicity and support than letting him enter would have. And it has drawn world attention to Israel's disregard for world opinion. And of course they knew it would have that effect when they banned him.
US/UK support for Israel was never all that genuine. It was always strategic self interest.
They USED Israel to create the climate of violence that eventually led to UK/US occupation of the entire oil region. (US bases in Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and all the gulf states)
Now that the oil is secured, Israel is no longer needed as a troublemaker.
Obama's election allows the US to reverse its policy concerning Israel without seeming too irrational. Support for Israel can be linked to the already despised Bush League.
I think the whole Calloway situation may be just a psy-op manoeuver in preparation for an eventual multinational invasion of Israel by the NWO.
That invasion would be immensely popular to many nations and would garner support for global government.

BebeII: Canada banned him because he fundraised for a listed TERRORIST group called HAMAS.
With respect, you clearly don't know Mr Galloway's background.
The US government also tried to accuse him of things (like profiting from oil sales from Saddam) and guess what, he faced the Senators and made them look like complete idiots.
I'm sure if you heard him speak then you'd know how passionate he his for helping people that are maligned, misquoted and basically shafted.
He's also a member of Parliment in the UK, so being a fundraiser for a terrorist organisation would have him jail here.
Recently he's organised a medical relief convoy for Palestine after the crap was blown out of it.
If you'd like to hear the mans politics, and well he takes calls from the public twice a week on a radio show where he hosts a show from 10pm on a friday night till 1am, and does the same on saturday.
He'll also answer email, so why don't you say he's a fundraiser for Hamas on talksport.net and i'll listen in to see what he says.
I have a feeling it might be a very interesting call, as George is quite a sharpe cookie indeed, and served up the Senator who accused him of something, well lets say he wa made to look ridiculas.
hedistuff: Michael Moore is a great US citizen. We are so lucky to have folks like him. Folks that put bumps in the road each time scum is allowed to be put in the position to try to steamroll and bamboozle us. Michael Moore is a sweet, gentle man, with a spine!
Uh-Huh. I guess you know he owns 2 million in Halliburton stock....?
bodleing: Bebe11, you quoted me as saying...bodleing: I think you will find the 'fund raising' came in the shape of food and medical supplies for the people of Gazza. No dear, there was a considerable amount of cash involved as well. Are there any newspapers beside the Guardian that you read? What have you done for these unfortunate people?Where in this thread did I say these words?

Man, I've heard some paranoid theories, but that takes the cake.

Um, I have heard him speak more times than I care to remember, and he's a supporter of many repressive regimes. You may think that makes him a hero, but I don't. He'll do the usually leftie dance, and claim that Hamas is only terroristic because of Israel, ignoring all eveidence to the contrary.
