I think a bit about why I want to get it done, if that doesn't help I start looking into why. Such as, if I'm properly fed and rested.If it's something I NEED to get done,
I do the same as above, but if I don't see a solution,
I tend to just push through it.
That's what I do too...sit and analyze the s**t outta stuff I need to get done,'til it bugs me so much I get up and do it! lol ;)

I am seldom sad or bored ,but when I am I just accept it for what it is and it goes away in a bit and life goes on....Thinking about it is what makes it so bad..

Or, do what I did this week, get into a shouting match with a construction manager and get called into the Director's office.
Did my banking today. After the ordeal of the people in line. I just want to listen to loud music and pretend I'm totally alone. (never fails, I get the odd-ducks behind me)
