Good advice, Thanks!! And you totally figured him out. He does treat me like a backup. This guy has dropped me like a cold fish to go out with others before. I'm just not good at playing games...
I have a 9mm Millennium. First of all, I was raised around guns and when I thought about purchasing one, I wasn't really nervous about it. However, before I bought my gun, I made sure I had some shooting practice in and tried several guns before making the decision.
Second, I chose the Millennium because it fits my hand well. The Glock is/was too big and I felt like I couldn't control the recoil as well as I liked. I like to think of the Millennium as the "9mm for ladies" because of it's size and relative simple structure and function. Don't get me wrong, my gun has plenty of heat to stop someone quick. And yes, I wouldn't hesitate to use it if I needed to.
Now, the absolute most important part. This is my opinion and may not be everyone's cup of tea - When I bought my gun, I didn't want my daughter to be curious about it and possibly check things out while I wasn't around. I sat her down and we talked about it and went over the rules. I let her hold the gun and when she was ready, I let her shoot it. Totally supervised of course. So now, she's comfortable and doesn't see it as a big deal. My daughter has never played with the gun and it stays locked and kept out of sight.
I'm a native Floridian and still LOVE the amusement parks! They are awesome. Yep, been to Old Town several times, even got one of my tats there. It's a cool place, gives you something to do when a smaller park with less rides will work.
Halloween Horror Nights is awesome! Leave the babies at home for this one tho.
I highly recommend Universal. If you have some adult time at night, go to City Walk. It's very cool.
Disney is fun when you have kids. I want to go back to Animal Kingdom soon.
I'm starting to think younger men don't have as much emotional baggage as the older men do....no offense. I've always been attracted to older men, never dated anyone younger. It just seems like the more men I meet (my age or older) have all of this garbage going on....unnecessary drama. I mean, we all go thru stuff and have hang ups. But at some point, you have to take the time to heal from it and move the hell on with your life! Older men can't seem to do that. Or maybe they don't want to - which is fine...but don't lead someone on....or God forbid, start a relationship. It's not fair to those of us who have actually learned from our lessons and are ready to start over. JMHO
I won't hesitate to use my gun if someone comes in my house that doesn't belong here. Is that everyone's cup of tea? No. I grew up around guns and knew how to shoot before I could (legally) drive. I'm a single mom with protection.
RE: is it true that all men want a big woman but wont admit to it.....?
