I actually prefer to date someone who doesn't drink. However, one or two every once in awhile is OK. Personally, I've had enough of the boozing days. Does that mean I'm old? HAHA, don't answer that!!
Really doesn't surprise me. People put implants into neutered dogs for show which I think is cruel and inhumane. Some people have the money to spend it freely on frivolous things. Their animals are not spared.
Separate vacations every once in awhile is OK. I'm one of those people that needs a little space. I can't be glued to someone's hip every minute of every day. However, I would expect at least one or two phone calls during this trip. Why can't he call? If I didn't want to go, I wouldn't be worried about his intentions or actions. If I had a reason to worry, I probably wouldn't be with the guy in the first place. I can't live in suspicion. That would drive me bonkers!
I loved being married. Everything about it was absolutely amazing every single day. I miss it terribly - which is one reason why I'm here. Yes, I have horror stories but what will I gain out of living them all over again? It took a long, long time to heal and get over it all but I did. And now I'm ready to live in the future and meet a wonderful man!
I think it's silly to discuss all the horror stories whether you are pro or anti marriage. There is no point to it. Either you want to be married or you don't. Simple as that.
Good looking man, really great personality, eyes and smile, comedian who can make me laugh but at the same time be able to carry a conversation. These are the things I am attracted to. I see stars if a man possesses all of these traits and treats me well. This is golden! Is this too much to ask for???
I like hearing about the success stories that evolved from this site. It is very encouraging to me. I'm happy for the folks who have met someone. How awesome is that!
Yes it's rude. I only say it when I'm frustrated and had enough of whoever or whatever at the moment! Folks that know me well recognize the word as my signal for being fed up! Whatever!
I think it's possible, otherwise, I wouldn't be here. Finding my soul mate is pretty slim anywhere I look. I like this site because I am meeting really nice people. It is fun to chat with some of you comedians. If that is all I get out of being here, then I'm happy. If something more happens, then I will consider myself extremely blessed!
Yes, Will was my High School sweetheart. Wow, can't forget that one! We were together for a long time. But, I was stupid and dumped him for my ex husband.
As with all good things worth your time, I think it takes work. And it takes both partners putting work into the relationship. I think a commited relationship can evolve from the internet. It just takes the right person willing to seriously work at it.
Yes, I have heard about the idea catching on more and more. Thank you for your honesty and time! The main thing bothering me is how do I know the other person is being as honest as I am? After all, the only thing I have is his word. A person can be whoever they want to be online. The unknown scares me. However, I am taking it slow and just enjoying the moment without attaching too many things to it.
RE: Is being a non-drinker a turn-off?
