I have been following this case on a daily basis, through the media, Nancy Grace nightly, and web forums.
I would like to believe that KayLee Anthony, the daughter, died of natural causes, and Casey Anthony, the mother, panicked or the poor child was unconscious and Casey didn't know what to do.
I understand she is a habitual liar, but I do hope the truth does surface before Florida has to bear the expense of another notorious and lengthy trial.

If she is guilty of murder, she should be given the needle. If she is guilty of stupidity, she should be sent up forever with the chance of parole in 2 weeks.... that is how the law works, right?

Initially I thought they would have trouble finding a fair and impartial jury but then I thouht, there are a lot of people who don't pay attention to current events so there are plenty to fil the jury seats.
If innocent, this young lady has done nothing to help her cause. Based on what I have seen thus far I would lean towards guilty. If found to be guilty she deserves only the mercy a few thousands volts of electricity can provide. If it were an accident and a stupid response to an accident then that would be another matter. I just have a hard time understanding her behavior in either case.

gotta agree with that.....I've been folling it as well. There is no way she is innocent, even if she isn't the one the killed the child, she allowed it for whatever reason.. The whole case grandma grandpa, and the brother all know more then what they are saying.. JUst knowing that she went and partied while her child was gone.. she is a sociopath... Her parents even had to pretend out some storytell when talking to her like how some people would give examples to their little kids... She controls her parents, and she was probably never told NO to anything in her whole life... I say fry that hoe..

Maybe some of you have seen the movie "Gone Baby Gone." Although the child in the movie was not murdered, the story may have been the same as Caylee Anthony's had the little girl not been found or for that matter...found murdered.
Caring grandparents, bad mother, missing child, bad home and neighborhood environment, lies, deception, police corruption, coverups...and many family "skeletons in the closet" so to speak.
Couldn't help but think of this movie when Caylee went missing. So very sad for any child to have to go through.

I haven't seen the movie, but yeah Casey's not a bad looking girl, so it wouldn't surprise me if she works somethings out with the police, almost all police are crooked as hell where I live so I'm sure they have some crooked ones there too.. JMO

You will be wondering whether the little blond girl is dead or not and whether she was shot and drowned (as the movie inuendoed) when she jumped off a cliff into a deep water filled quarry to chase after something that she usually treasured to carry around. She was to be given back by drug dealers in exchange for money when this scene occurred.
Anyway, won't tell you more as the twists are so many. Movie will leave a permanent memory and really get you thinking. Very thought provoking and moving film.

Just google it. She is in Florida USA accused of killing her two year old daughter and duct taping her mouth, leaving her in her car trunk for a few days, and etc. I am surprised that the UK hasn't heard anything about it. Its so sad and the little girl was so cute.

The latest here is that George Anthony, grandfather to the dead child, has been quite depressed and attempted suicide late last evening. He is being evaluated at a psychiatric facility now.
