USThumper: Yeah, my son has one. Its a nice truck, but Id never pull the loader behind it. That jeep is nice, but on that island one of those new GEMs would be great. All electric, 30 mile range, and do 30 miles an hour. Just plug it in when your not driving.
Well, we got some pretty steep hills here. Might need some more horses under the hood.
USThumper: The problem with Toyota is they dont build anything heavier than a half ton. I need at least a three quarter ton
The Toyota Tundra is basically a 3/4 ton. Look up the GVW, Tare, and towing capacity, it's pretty impressive. A friend of mine bought one to haul his 30' trailer, and it does it better than the GM big block 3/4 ton he had before, by a long shot.
I'm back to driving my '86 Ford F350, 7.3l diesel, with an aftermarket turbo and a 14' deck with a 12,000# winch. Very handy truck.
Also a '79 Ford van and a '94 turbo diesel Golf 2dr. Cute lil' grocery getter that's wicked on fuel. Just have to stick a new turbo on it...soon.
Been eyeing up a Jag XJS for a while, always wanted one.
WOW! After reading ALL pages I understand WHY I do not like women drivers on a road. They are freaking crazy ... you never know what they gonna do next, especially if they drive with a speed of light.
A car isn't a space ship for Spirit's sake it is not like I drive 80 km/h on a Highway ... my speed depends on a situations.
As for a question ... I am in love with my Jeeps Grand Cherokee 94 and 95 ... very handy tool. The only thing it seems like i gonna swap 249 transfer case for 242. More options, less fuel
And just recently I bought Yamaha Virago bike will drive it for awhile then will switch to Harley showelhead 1964
Drive and ride safe people .... you are not alone on a road.
I commute in a 1999 VW TDI It is fast and gets 47 mpg. I drive a F350 super duty 4X4 when I'm off work. For fun, its the Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic. All are driven to their limits.

Nice! Softails are my favorites. We have 1985 ... and she is gorgeous and very well built and reliable. We have also 1949 panhead and 87 softail custom. I love old Harleys, apart from a new ones they have soul, character ... i even would say personality. All new ones are all the same as a twin brothers. Don't you think so?
