For those in my age bracket you know what I'm talking about. Older more experienced better educated. The want to hire someone younger at a lower wage. Well I saw the writing on the wall and found another job. This one requires extensive travel but pays double what I made previously.
Bottom line. She doesn't like me being gone that much so her solution. Break up. In this economy jobs are hard to come by and well paying ones even harder. I explained that it was temporary until I could find something local. Worst case I plan to retire in 5 years.
I got a text Friday ending things. I'm a little disappointed to say the least.
It is insulting that you believe we are liars. I am widowed and also an engineer. How about that. I have heard this deal before. After being on a few of these sites for a while, it has come to my attention that most of the women on here are bored housewives.
I lost friends and fellow soldiers in the pentagon attack. I would have gleefully killed him myself. I rejoice in his death and being sent to meet his maker who will now deal with him as He see's fit. Heaven or hell is for God to decide. Our job was to expedite the process.
I believe those of us with the skills, should charter a cruise ship to sail up and down the coast. Nothing like a free fire zone on the high seas. warheads on foreheads! There is a small coastal town where the pirate leaders are building mansions. A couple of airstrikes on that town would put a dent in the problem. But i personally would sign up for the armed cruise with some of my toys. I would like to hunt mother ships.
I'm not looking for a woman half my age, but at least the younger women show some interest. I can't tell you how many emails I have sent out to women my own age that live near by. I have yet to get a response from one of them.. Younger women always seem to answer me. Of course my idea of younger means in their 40s.
It isn't gold digging to want someone financially secure. I have to say though, I have yet to actually meet a woman that was. Every woman I have met is living way beyond their means and have very large credit card bills. One that I met had more that 70,000 dollars on credit cards. She only makes about 40,000 a year. At the rate she is paying it off, she will die of old age before the bills go away. I personally have no credit card debt. I paid them off years ago.
Fortunately for me, my wife survived long enough for our son to grow up. I am sure there are scammers out there pretending to be widowed with children. It is just as likely that a widower would like to find a companion that could except him as well as his children. No one seems to have a problem with single mothers on this site looking for love. Why the double standard?
Satelite cameras are quite expensive and require you to purchase air time on a satelite in order to transmit your video. Wired cameras or cameras that can send over the internet are the way to go for a distance of several kilometers. IR cameras have pretty limited range. Most have a range limit of quite a bit less than the 200 feet someone else stated. It would cost quite a bit to cover your whole field. It would probably be wiser to study the paths used to get to your property and set silent alarm system to watch those avenues of approach. The alarm goes off and you sneak out and catch them in the act. This would be a lot cheaper than trying to cover your fields with cameras. If thievies steal cotton think what they would do with a valuable IR camera.
I by-pass it simply by keeping my pants on until I am sure that there is more to the relationship than lust. I have found that this has a tendency to cause the ladies to chase me that much more . I have fewer dates this way but when I do connect it is much more satisfying and likely to last.
Never had a problem getting laid in any location. That's not the reason for the hunt. I'm looking for the next love of my life and I don't care what country I find her in. I coming to England in September ladies .
Laura reading through this post is like sitting through lectures in college. I believe that "crazy about" is the phase of a relationship where you tend to ignore the obvious warning signs and go full speed ahead into a whirlwind romance. Many times you later realize you are not compatible but are emotionally attached. As I have grown older and wiser, I tend to move a little slower and think things through carefully. I can honestly say that I have experienced true love and know I would recognize it again, if It grabs me.
It was asked if time was the deciding factor. I do not believe it is. I met my wife and knew within days that I wanted to marry her.
I am happy to say I haven't gone through the heartache you apparently have suffered at the hands of self centered men. I hope that you find the love you deserve. In order to find that love you need to open your heart and of course that leaves you vulnerable to heartache again. Bitterness only adds to the problem.
I'm happy with me and my life, though I am in a continuous improvement mode. I will take the life that the lord gives me and if I never find that special someone, then I live my life alone. Of course I'm making a trip to the UK in the fall. I hear I have long lost relatives there.
Only the foolish would face down the overwhelming force of the US military. A proper response is selective targets. Massed sniping of Washington thugs. Hidden guns are useless. When it is time to hide them, it is time to use them.
Eighty million KNOWN gun owners in the United States. Untold millions unknown. I do not expect the enemies of the Constitution will ever successfully disarm the population of the United States of America. If they ever try an out right ban or confiscation there will be blood flowing in the streets. "Progressive" blood. After all, "Conservatives" own the majority of the weapons in this country. You want it, bring it! Lets settle this thing now. Oh that's right, you are pacifist. Your intent is to dumb down the population to a point that they don't know what is in the Constitution and then incrementally change the laws, so that no one kicks up a fuss. It's not going to work here. You can pass laws all you want. People still keep their guns. Eventually your laws turn a whole segment of the population into criminals by default. When that happens, you are on the brink of armed conflict. Which side do you think will win?
The purpose of the second amendment to the Constitution was so that the people will have the ability to overthrow a government that becomes oppressive. Be careful what you wish for.
