I am new here at CS and this is the first time I posted on the EU Forums.
I'm quite new on the dating scene and I am still a little bit overwhelmed and confused on what to do. I met and dated a guy from CS last week and I thought everything's fine between the two of us. Now, he doesn't even call or send a message when he used to do that before.
Am I just to dumb or naive or it was just to soon? Does this happen all the time? I know that it's still early but I feel so disappointed.

Check out the thread "Opinion wanted", there are plenty of good points there... me I'm turning into a regular CS:er which means my opinions don't really count for much... am hanging out at Liakos's bar now... won't get much more sense from me than already handed out, which was basically just parroting Guiri anyway... yeah... that's what happens to you dear. It may take weeks, maybe months... depending on how impressionable you are. take care...!

symbolistartist: Ok, first of all this is exactly what happened to me too. I mean posting something serious then getting all sorts of meaningless jokes. Luckily two things happen: the jokes start to make some kind of sense for the most part, and there ARE seriousminded people who will give you a reasonable answer.
So, since I'm reasonable among a few others here I would say that this is very typical behaviour on any dating site (or off them of course), do not take it personally. People get flakey after dating so and so many... you really need to get to know a person quite well online or IRL in order to avoid this sort of thing. Hm, actually I can't think of much more to say... some guys are nice and some are just airheads with no common sense whatsoever. It's not easy to get a real life date, I think only the lucky few who live in some bigger city can have that luxury. Waiting is the gospel for most here at CS. Welcome to the waiting room!

It was a rather abrupt and unexpected. I was doing nothing that day and I was online here in CS.
We talked on Skype afterwards and he asked me if I wanted to meet him at that exact date.
He's kinda new here in our place so he said he doesn't have that many friends here apart from his work colleagues. I don't know what I was thinking so I agreed to meet him in the afternoon. We decided to meet at some coffee shop and talked and talked......
We parted ways and he was sending me messages and would even call me to say that he really wanted to meet me again so I told him that I liked that too.
Then we went out to watch the movies. He was pretty sweet all through out.
The third date, we went out to dine and walked on the park.
Nothing happened except that we kiss......
Then I didn't hear anything from him again.....
I was thinking that maybe, he is confused or what? But then, if he is not so sure, I hope he tells me and not leave me hanging.
