You have women who only like the "bad" boys they get with them and babies come and they act all surprised Mr. Bad Boy bails. Hey it can be understandable that the Nice Guy doesn't make your boat float. I mean if your going to sail into the eye of the hurricane make sure you have the life preservers.

This was a very good post. Lots of truths about many different situations.
My daughter's mom and I separated, and when we did so, we agreed to keep our daughter's needs primary. Although we had some struggles in the beginning, we just kept making decisions and responding to one another, in a way that was best for our child. It was freakin' hard at times,for both of us. However, we are back to being friends, and our daughter is well adjusted.
I agree with Sommer, it is a two sided issue.

But twisting the post when you quote someone defeats the purpose if you are trying to bring your message across. Your message gets lost.
The thread title is prejudice and ridicules to say the least.

Good4U2: Well guys would not be the proper word to use ... It should be Mark, Scott , Tom or what ever. I dont know about all the world but in this country it appears the women can not take care of the babies they have either. Thats why we have aid for dependent children (AFDC) I had custody of my son back in 1978 and never received on dime from his dear old mother. However when I went to work outside of the US I allowed him to live with his mother because I felt Regardless of my feeling about her it was his mother and I didnt want to be the SOB who prevented him from knowing or seeing her. I even sent money to her for him. To keep it short Then after a few years she takes me to court for back child support yada yada yada... SHe never got that but she was awarded monthly payment of $700 until he turned 18 which was only a year. I paid it and she never had any obligations for all the years he lived with me. Justice is one sided in my view ... The child comes first but the man seems to come last.
....Yep....hate to say it....there is a lot of truth been said here.....exactly the same situation as here in New Zealand....and I will go even further 'Fatherhood' as been demonized here in New Zealand by our so called Justice System and the Social Engineering that as been occurring for the last 20 years ...... well spoken good sir.....
