As for the threads, i have posted threads, i have had the dominant personalities come in and try to make their mark and i treat them just like a pothole, i either go around them or drive right over them, i do not stop to give them attention.. and the thread just carries on...

The T-Group was for education not entertainment.
I have been to a thing called the Forum. It was a three day brainwashing. It was all good, but very little sleep and very little time to eat. Sitting in a room with 150 people who were trying to get it. GOT IT. The big picture. It was about honor, forgiveness and the waste of oxygen. If you cannot enhance someone else's life with your words do not waste the oxygen. No one wants to hear your story. So just give them the lesson you learned.
