The ones who are rude and offensive to the point of making others mad or upset are especially lovely creatures. These folks are usually first to tell everyone to lighten up (because hey, it's just sarcastic, dry humor) as they brag about it in a different thread. Personally, I think folks like this are full of crap and use the internet to be someone else because their reality sucks.
I also have a dry sense of humor "and can take a joke" but I know how to use it to be funny for everyone. I don't have to go around cutting people down.

I figure my sarcasm and humour can be misunderstood at times. I do make an effort to not attack people personally. Especially in a public forum. Though I also believe that some people can take a disagreement personally.

There is a huge difference between having a good sense of humor (being sarcastic even) and calling someone names, judging and/or cutting someone down. There are folks here who do this and call it humor. It's not comedy. IMO

I am careful what I write in the Threads, but I do write some personal things about myself. I never write anything about another person. Many people who read and use the Forums Threads know that I am not a person to attack anybody. This is not my style.
I have no problem with healthy debate between two or more people. I usually don't engage in that either. I will most of the time state my position and leave it at that.
