In 2004 I went on a date, it was our 2Nd. We went to the park at the lake. Swings, monkey bars, picnic tables etc. That night Barb brought me to a simpler place in life. By the hand she brought me to a picnic table and asked me to lay beside her on our backs. We both gazed the night sky, watchin all that was there for the eye. Satellites going by, a cloud or two coverin the moon briefly. The milky way, jets silently blinking by. This lady taught me how to smell the roses. Best date ever! Cheers!

There are still a few things in life that are free Bentlee.
Gazing at the stars with someone special is one and I have
been blessed to do that many times in the beautiful Nebraska
sandhills. Thank You for a very romantic scenario. hug

Truly was a moving time for me. To take that moment out of your life and gaze beyond. Most gratifying it was for us both. I still take that time to this day, as i feel many should try. There's a peace it brings within.

Yes, there is a wonderful peace when you take the time to just relax and be and enjoy the wonders of Nature. Or even just take the time to relax and enjoy the simple wonders of your life. Finding your core of peace...it's a beautiful state in which to live.

Very true. Perhaps even more so these days with so much instability and uncertainty projected in the media daily. Gives one a moment for a peaceful escape. Cheers.

Actually in Prince Edward County there's the mustang thats been operating since the fifties. On the long weekends they always have a triple flick night. Driving back home about 4:30 Am. Makes for a great night.

When I left for work this morning, I took photos of the mountains and the clouds today. It is the little things that inspire me.
