azucarmorena: Do you mind being asked out?

Do mind the woman making the first move whether it is sending you flowers/emails, asking for your number or asking you out on a date?

What is you definition of an aggressive woman and is an aggressive woman a good or bad thing?

Ladies feel free to chime in.

I'm all for the woman making the first move other than blatant eye contact.

Aggressive women=great thing

I think that women ask men out a lot more than men realise. A hair flip, making eyes, primping and fondling the wine glass are a few ways of saying 'ask me out you dork'.

Dennis ( but no means no, i hate that i have to add a post script but some dorks are also idiots )

rubendario: No I don't mind it at all. Sometimes men don't get the signals and can't see the forest for the trees. It is also nice to know what someone want's without wasting time beating around the bush.

When is a woman's aggressiveness to much? When a man can not be spontaneous and think for himself and show what he wants and is not given the chance to make the first move.
think, you nailed it,thats it for most guys.

Personally, my best relationships, that is those that have lasted longest, have been when I was asked out by the woman. Being a musician, I've asked a lot of women out, and been fairly successful, but the relationships that have been most meaningful for me were when women asked me out.

Ambrose2007: This is very strange, since I consider myself to be a liberated and enlightened kind of guy...but I don't seem to find that notion particularly appealing. I know I'd like an honest/open expression of interest, but I think I'd prefer to take the initiative a bit...at first.

wave for once I agree with you. It is really refreshing to hear that men don't mind or like it when women ask them out. Nice to have the approval or the option BUT, I don't think I would feel as attracted to a man I had to pursue.

Hi Avecaim wave How are you?

I agree with you, I wouldn't either lol

I agree with Ambrose too and for whatever reason (probably my mother) Ive never asked a guy out in my life.

There have been and still are a few guys on here whom I really like but I'd rather boil my head in oil than make the first move uh oh

Ok ok maybe thats a bit of an exageration giggle
I guess my mum was a bit old fashioned and drummed certain things into me... Some kinda stuck

dunno

An aggressive anything is BAD. I have had to end my 2 lifetime relationships so far because of this nasty trait. It was 95% verbal, totally unacceptable to me. Because I wear a kilt perhaps they thought they wore the trousers grin Ha, Ha

I don't have a problem if a lady makes the first move.

I'm flattered to be asked out nicely, but I don't like being treated like some pet....... just as a woman doesn't like being treated as if she is a pet by a man. An agressive woman would be like an aggressive man - not concerned with the feelings of the other person - it takes two to tango and only one to lead but the one being led must be led willingly and not forced into a dance he or she doesn't like the rhythm of..........

Hi OP! I know you asked the men, but maybe ask the ladies what happend when they DID ask the man out. My experience was not all that great. Maybe it's my age group, but for me it totally did NOT work out. Blah.....
