Well,the top of the food chain is pinto beans and cornbread in Tennessee or black-eyed peas and rice(hoppin'John)in the deep south(including Florida).
We rarely eat Bear except for Xmas or when o'possae are scarse.
Some folks,mostly in Florida,favor Armidillo (Possum on the half-shell).
