i just find it wrong when a guy has to lie just to make himself look a little better. Theres no point in it. ok lets say you find someone, its obviously gonna show how much of an idiot you are when you meet and you're nothing like what you described. but that can go for both sides of the coin too.

I'm too much of a newbie to answer the question with any authority. However, I can report some stuff:
There are allegations others have found success with such sites.
I've had more trouble with the SITES than the people on them.
I've made some blunders, but nothing of any significance - just get banned ;)
It seems there's a few sites with an assortment of standard fakes and I'm getting quite good at spotting them. I can only guess that other folks aren't so good at reporting the fakes - which explains why there's so many.
I've come across several rude people - who do not respond to messages - other than by adding a block!
It looks good on the face of it. I can't decide whether I've been lucky or unlucky with the fact it's got no further.
It's not so good that profiles remain findable after they've been neglected for over a month.
My long list of problems these sites have is quietly getting longer - anyone fancy teaming up with me to do a decent job of it ?

That is a wonderful thing to say and I will take it in the spirit that it is given, as much as I would love a to date a gorgeous guy as yourself I am under no illusians about myself! but in the sweet and kind way you said it made my heart feel good.

Now we interview each other! Guys with pics up saying they are 56 looking like 66 add 5yrs if meet.A few extra pounds means obese! athletic means thin!email, text only, means impotent or married.
Owns a big motorbike well has to have something exciting between his legs with power.The list could go on and on.

Not being cynical, just telling my experience. Suppose living on a small island doesn't help either.
There are some lovely places in the Troodos region, I live right near the coast, much warmer at this time of the year!
