I am like a lot of people who admits that the physical attraction must come first. I am drawn to the eyes and a beautiful smile; however, I only desire a slim/average lady in size.
Once I get past these features the personality must be compatible with a good sense of humor, intelligence, and interests.
In the long run the personality is more important, but in the initial meeting the physical is king.

Do you mean physically? Like if I pass a woman in hall, what physical attributes would catch my eye?

What I find most attractive about a woman is that she be just herself...
She can fake it till she makes it if she has too but she should not compromise who she is while doing so...
