Smoking too much pot can make you look drunk also and what about it beening laced with other drugs that you do not know about. People can misuse pot the same way they do alcohol then it becomes a problem.

Not sure why my text was removed, but what I said was, alcohol can be laced as well (as can anything), however, if it is distributed properly, the risks can be minimized.

In case of severe pain i.e. Multiple Scerosis then I might consider this,but as far as smoking for pleasure, a resounding no as it definately messes with people's thought process ,and can in some cases cause permanent damage.Each to his own on smoking it though.J.M.O.

I have seen it help my patients and I know it is very usefull for psychiatric conditions and ADHD, without harmful side effects. A person has to self-monitor and be mature with it like anything else.

I agree with you.As a medication and relaxant great, but in a controlled situation.

but I have friends who do and think none the less of them

here it is legal and you can grow 2 plants for personal use.
Its not hidden so for younger people its not as if there doing something they shouldn't. Which i think takes some of the excitment out of doing it in the first place.
I don't think it automatically leads on to stronger drugs, that depends on the individual

A few years back I would have said it should be legal,
but it seems to often be tainted with synthetic substances
to make more money which make it riskier to take, some
never caring how they make money, just how much.
