I find if I think logically over the things that bother be, I realize that they're not so bad at all.
Then I make up senarios in my mind where I attacked and torture people who annoyed me, destroy cities, blow up universes.
After that I kick some things, swear alot, listen to loud music.
Then I feel better.
Sometimes I just eat some ice cream whilst watching some action movie.
