I could never change anything, no mistakes to correct, no love to choose, it would have to be the same. My journeys, good and bad, got me where I am today. Can never contemplate changing them.

If I were at the gate of Heaven. I would say, Please let me in, If I was permitted to stay I would. I would confess any mistakes, through Gods love, I would hope to be forgiven. I would Thank God, and choose the love of God. If I was at the gate of Hell, I would asked to re-turn to life and atone for my mistakes.

I would go into heaven if allowed.
If I was going to hell, I'd like to return to earth with the knowledge of what I could change.
However, you have to remember, that if you change your life, it changes the lives of those around you and maybe not for the better.
So the problem is, would you want someone else to suffer because you took another path?

But if you were given a choice at hell's gate whether to go back and change, then you would know that it would affect someone else and that would be the hard part.
...but then you would also have to consider, that perhaps those persons that would be affected might be better off had they not known you.
It ain't gonna happen anyway...so why worry?

If I was going to heaven I would say, "Screw that, I don't wanna live another life, out of my way I'm goin in". If I was going to hell I would say, "Amen, praise the Lord, I don't get to go to hell this time.

Why would there be gate keepers? Especially in 'hell'? It's not like people are fighting to get in there Sorry, the whole idea of Heaven and Hell and gate keepers just make me wanna

Your return would be new life. Re-born with a new spirit, to start as a child. You affect, others, as your life does now, your decisions would be made the same, mistakes would lessen, then maybe new ones would happen.
